HMS Trainers
HMS trainers are leading experts in countering improvised explosive devices. Our training staff consist of former EOD, IEDD and CT instructors who have gained experience working in law enforcement or within the US or UK armed forces.
Specifically, HMS trainers have previously worked as:
- Senior instructors at the British Army's EOD and IEDD training school
- US state and local bomb squad technicians and commanders
- US military forensic intelligence operators
The HMS training team maintains an in-depth technical understanding of the weapons, devices and modus operandi employed by terrorists. Furthermore, our trainers are commended for their coaching skills which are continually developed and improved through ongoing feedback and evaluation processes.
Maintaining an Up-to-Date Threat Awareness
The HMS training team takes full advantage of our exclusive in-house research and analysis facility to maintain their knowledge of the latest IED developments. HMS analysts provide the training team with up-to-the-minute attack details including technical assessments and observations. HMS trainers therefore are exceptional in their understanding of the current IED threat and primed to coach according to the existing situation.
